
Social Media Experiments
I have designed digital marketing strategies to perform social media experiments in volunteering opportunities. By performing research and analytics, I was able to increase engagement and drive traffic to platforms like Instagram and Twitter. I developed an understanding of my audience, a creative eye, and the confidence to utilise marketing tools.

DECSY's Twitter
​DECSY is a charity organisation that promotes global education related training for teachers. Despite the challenging task to reach the target audience, I was successful in achieving results.

PROCESS: I created a content calendar and conceptualised a marketing campaign to be imposed weekly using Hootsuite by researching and applying relevant keywords and trends, looking at the industry competitions, and timings for publishing.

I recognised and highlighted the vast community interactions on Twitter and evaluated consumer behaviour.

To boost engagement, I increased visibility by in-person networking, story reshares and hashtag usage.

RESULTS: Increased impression, gained new followers post event, doubled Twitter engagement, and attracted audience to visit profile.
Facebook Video Production

PROCESS: I worked with a small baking business owner to develop their social media posts, mostly videos. I shot, edited and posted the video of their birthday cake for a client. I decided the lighting, setting and idea for the videos using the right hashtags, music and formatting for the video.

RESULTS: The video reached 1K plays within 1 hour of posting the video. They were also contacted for more cake orders.



Instagram Video Production

PROCESS: I conceptualised the idea of video production for workshops, interviewed participants, and worked as a photographer to perform a close event coverage.

Directed ideas for creating reels, selecting the right music/audio and came up with themes based on the school calendar events to build engagement.

RESULTS: The content reached a vast audience because of ensuring the reel was informational, had a trending audio, and the right hashtags.
